Welcome to the Class of 2027!

February 5, 2024: Join us in welcoming the Harpswell Class of 2027! These 21 incredible young women joined the Harpswell family in January, arriving at the Cambodian Women's Leadership dormitories with their families and friends for an emotional day of celebration.

The women of the Class of 2027 have ambitious dreams and big hopes for their time at Harpswell. They plan to study a broad range of subjects, from Sustainable Urban Planning, Architecture and Chemical Engineering to International Relations and Business Administration. They are the best of the best, selected in an incredibly competitive application cycle from a pool of 184 applicants. We know that each of these young women will lead in their own way, joining a strong sisterhood of changemakers. 

Each year, welcoming new students is a beautiful celebration of the determination and courage of new students and their families. For many, a Harpswell student embodies generations of dreams and ambitions for a brighter future for Cambodia. Harpswell staff, Board Members Ros Sopheap and Alison Pavia (Interim Director) were honored to welcome students and hear from many proud parents and family members, celebrating their incredible student alongside them.
