During the Khmer Rouge regime, Mr. Serevuthand his family sought refuge in Thailand and New Zealand. He explained that although he encountered many challenges in his life, he never gave up because “success does not depend on the size of our brain, but on the size of our thinking.” He ended the seminar by sharing his “three laws of life- value, respect, and never judge others.” The students were touched by his story and asked many questions.
