Harpswell Welcomes Sopheap Ros To The Board of Trustees

December 29, 2021: We are delighted to announce that Sopheap Ros has joined the Harpswell Board of Trustees. Sopheap is the founder of Gender and Development for Cambodia (GADC), a gender-specialized non-governmental organization in Cambodia. She served as GADC’s Executive Director from 2000 to 2021 and is recognized as an international leader in gender policy. Sopheap earned a B.A. in education from the Royal University of Phnom Penh.
