Khoeurn Kimleang, Harpswell '10, Earns PhD in Sustainable Engineering

March 28, 2019: Khoeurn Kimleang, Harpswell '10, earned her PhD in Sustainable Resources Engineering from Hokaido University in Japan.Kimleang embodies the Harpswell spirit. Her determination and intelligence carried her to new heights, where she was able to achieve her dream of a doctoral degree. She now plans to return to Cambodia to teach and research at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia.
