Harpswell is deeply grateful to Board member Alison Pavia, Executive Director Emerita and Interim, for stepping in to lead the Harpswell team so gracefully over the last eight months. Her steady commitment to Harpswell’s vision is a true gift to this community. Alison will remain an active member of the Harpswell Board of Trustees, serving as chair of the Development Committee, and will stay involved as a trainer and co-founder of the ASEAN Women’s Leadership Summit.
